General information on medical translations:

Translation with notary certification

Some documents (for example – Power of Attorney, some declarations and certificates) require notary certified translation. Notary translation is enclosed to the original document or to it's notary certified copy.

In accordance with needs of our Customer, our authorized translator will perform the translation of required documentation, after that document will be notary certified .

Our services in the field of notary translation:

have a very high quality since we are focused in the medical business;

are approximately 20-40% cheaper than in non-specialized translator bureau;

are performed in 2-3 times quicker than in non-specialized translator bureau;

Prices and terms

Average price of the common translation of the medical text is 5 EURO per 1 conditional page (page is 1800 symbols with spaces; single randomized quality control is included to service, we can work either with paper of electronic documents; text direction – from/to English).

Term to translate 1 page – from 2 hours;

Term to translate 10 pages – less than 2 days;

Term to translate 50 pages – less than 7 days;

Average price of the special translation of the medical text is from 8 to 15 EURO per 1 conditional page (page is 1800 symbols with spaces; double full quality control is included to service; text will be edited by regulatory specialist; we can work either with paper of electronic documents; text direction – from/to English).

Term to translate 10 pages – less than 4 days;

Term to translate 40 pages – less than 7 days;

* In fact, if you transfer the documents for “special” translation – we provide you with ready-for-submission document, for example, if you order translation of the chemical part of the dossier – we provide you with translation plus papered by chemist-analytic AND, if you order translation of the SmPC ot CDS – we provide you with translation plus instruction and leaflet prepared by doctor.

Average price of the notary translation is 12 EURO per 1 page, additional notary certified copy of the document – 5 EURO per copy.

Term to translate and notary certify 1 page – from 3 hours;

Term to translate and notary certify 5 page – from 1 day;
