Order of Ministry of Health of Ukraine №247 dated 09.10.2000 “About approval of the temporary order of sanitary-hygienical expertise” (with changes of Order №120).

That Order is the main normative document that regulates the procedure of sanitary-hygienical expertise in Ukraine , including expertise of special food products.

Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №1023 dated 26.06.2006 “About implementation of the Article 28 of the Order of Ukraine “About safety and efficiency of food products”, including “Order of classification of the products to the category of special food products, functionary food products and dietary supplements” and “Order of the state registration of the special food products, functionary food products and dietary supplements”.

That Order regulate procedure of classification of the special food products, order of the state registration of dietary supplements.
