Agreement between Cratia Ltd. and Tarius A/S ( Schultz Group , Denmark ) was signed at July 2007. Since 1789 the Schultz Group has been the Government's Printing Office (GPO) in Denmark and today it is one of Denmark 's largest publishing houses serving professional customers with updated and value-added information in all legal fields. Tarius builds on the experience of the Schultz Group by providing professionals in the pharmaceutical, biologics and medical device industries with the targeted intelligence they need to remain compliant in global markets.
Main product of Tarius is an entire overwhelming database of the legislation, particularities and guidelines of State registration and product marketing. Database include general legislation of the European Union, legislation and particularities of the every separate country – member of EU, Australia, USA and Canada, Russian Federation, South America countries, Africa, China, Japan, India and almost all other countries in the world, news of EMEA and FDA. Database is a powerful informative-analytical instrument that is used by many pharmaceutical companies that expand to the external markets, as well as by government officials of the regulatory authorities of different countries.
In accordance with signed Agreement, Cratia Ltd. will represent Ukraine in regulatory database of Tarius.
At September 2007 Cratia Ltd. has finished first stage of the preparation of information in the Tarius international database. As a result, regulatory system of the registration of medical product of Ukraine is presented by 29 key chapters, 98 pages of the analytical reviews and 56 legal acts.
