1. General information . One of the most important steps in the business development on the external market is opening of the representative office. Representative office has all attributes of the legal entity – stamp, bank account, right to employ staff, but representative office is totally belong to the mother company. Opening of the representative office will allow you to sign documents from the name of the head office on the local level, hire staff to market the products, quickly solve any problem.
There are two types of Representative office: with the right of commercial activities and without right of commercial activities.
Representative office with right of commercial activity can release payments for goods and services of third parties and to receive payments from local customers. Representative office without right of commercial activity has the right only to release payments; funds from sale of the products must be benefited to the account of the head office.
From the pint of view of optimization of tax payment system and from point of view of control of activities the most optimal is representative office without right of commercial activities.

2. List of required documents for registration of the representative office.
- Application for registration of representative office (name, address, telephone and bank data of applicant, city in Ukraine where the representative office will be located, aim of the registration of representative office);
- Confirmation from the state (sales, bank) local registry of country of applicant regarding state registration; 2 copies.
- Confirmation from the applicant's bank regarding the applicant's account number;
- Power of Attorney for the registration procedure with the right to transfer it to the third parties; 2 copies;
- Passport photocopies of the General and Financial (if applicable) director of the applicant company;
- Rent contract for the office;
- Letter from the Applicant for the preparation of the stamp for representative office;
- Letter from the Applicant for opening of bank account for representative office;
- Copy of the applicant's bank confirmation for opening of bank account for representative office;
Details regarding presentation of the documents (language, notary certification, apostil, legalization in council of Ukraine and other details) can differ depending on the country of origin. Please contact us for details.
3. Price and terms.
3.1. Obligatory state fee (from account of Applicant) – 2500 USD;
3.2. Service fee of Cratia Ltd. – from 1500 EURO (depending on terms).
Term to register – from 1 to 4 months.
